Assessment & Certification
The Level 2 HACCP course is accredited by Highfield (HABC) and the exam can be taken online with Highfield Remote Invigilation or paper based in a classroom environment.

15-question externally set and marked multiple-choice question exam

To pass you must achieve a total of at least 9 marks out of 15.

The duration of the examination is 30 minutes.
